Dr. Siegler is a certified master executive coach, board certified physician, and the president and founder of Spheres Leadership Coaching. Based in Chicago and now approaching its 25th year– Spheres provides peak performance coaching and consulting to leaders in all industries, healthcare professionals & executives, and to many individuals as well. He is a pioneer in raising and sustaining performance–while optimizing related systems.
His articles: Sustaining Performance with Nudging, Raising Physician Performance with Coaching and Invest in Performance, all appeared in Healthcare Executive Magazine. His other article, Future Leaders in Peak Performance appeared in the American College of Healthcare Executives' Forum Newsletter.
He is the author of the John Wiley & Sons book, Fire Your Therapist – a primer for designing a basic Achilles® Roadmap of Goals, part of his proprietary system for raising performance.
Upon first arriving to Chicago, Dr. Siegler served as the Chairman of Behavioral Health (Mental Health and Addictions) for Humana and was the Director of Managed Care at The University of Illinois.
